I've worn this for hours at a time for the last 3 days and it is the most comfortable dust mask I've ever worn. It provides a great seal over your nose and mouth and does not slip off like cheaper masks. No condensation build up in the mask either. My head size is 59.5cm (around the forehead) and the Size S/M fits just fine for me.
